Arrive on Savile Row
On the day of your session, all guests will meet at the Conduit Street end of Savile Row. The Savile Row Gin Experience starts with a guided walk down Savile Row learning about the history of the famous houses, looking at the unique dressed window displays and hearing about some of the high profile customers that have shaped the rich heritage and history of the worlds most famous Street for bespoke tailoring. All tours will be conducted by a Savile Row Legend, a cutter or tailor with a decades long history working in Savile Row.
The history of Gin and gin distilling
Walk through the famous front doors of No. 1 Savile Row, home of Gieves & Hawkes and into the military archive room for a welcome Gin & Tonic where you will hear all about the history of Gin and Gin distilling.
How Gin is Made
Once you’ve taken in the surrounding of the world’s most famous royal military outfits that surround all corners of the archive room, your gin stylist will explain to you the processes involved in creating gin and give a quick overview of the many rules and regulations which gin producers are obliged to abide.
Get to Know the Botanicals
Now it is time to get a little more hands on, and noses on as well, as you will be given a tutored tasting and nosing of the botanicals that are available to you, some will be familiar to you from the worlds of cuisine, perfume and confectionary, others less so. This is where you really get to understand the impact on your gin that the selection of these ingredients is going to have.
Make your own Gin
Enter the William Kent Room and be guided through the process of choosing your botanicals and making a bespoke made gin on your own mini copper pot still, all overseen by one of our expert Gin Stylists who will assist you in blending your chosen botanicals into your very own gin, whilst you last get to sample delicious Gin cocktails, surrounded by some of Savile Row’s most famous outfits including those worn by Princess Diana, Winston Churchill., Gregory Peck and many more.
Graduation
Once each of the guests present has created and received their blend of gin you’ll all be given one last cocktail, usually a Martini if you’re feeling up to it, and you will also be presented with your own personalised Savile Row Style Graduation certificate.

Our Savile Row Gin Experience Vouchers are the perfect gift for gin lovers & cocktail enthusiasts. Recipients can book a session with a years grace to use and enjoy it..
We hold sessions daily from Thursday to Saturday at 2pm, 5pm & 8pm, Sessions last approximately 3 hours and you will need to bring your voucher with you on the day to redeem entry to your session.

Gin Masterclass – Approx. 90 Mins
As a deliciously diverse spirit, gin can be enjoyed in a multitude of forms. The Bon Vivant Cocktail Masterclass will provide you with the know-how to make the ultimate gin cocktail classics whilst enjoying them throughout the session.
Your Gin Stylist will then take you through a brief history and provide detailed instructions on how to prepare the five classic gin cocktails so that you are the envy of your friends at your next home cocktail party. You will be taught how to make and will enjoy samples of The Martini, The Tom Collins, The Negroni and The Clover Club. This is an interactive class where each guest will learn the techniques and the trade secrets behind making these drinks perfectly.
